Gali Janardhan Reddy, one of the richest politician of
Karnataka as well as a mining baron has sent out a boxed invitation for her
daughter’s wedding and is surely going down in history.
The wedding invitation box does not have a written
invite but a LCD screen which comes alive as the box opens and plays a minute-long
video of Reddy, his wife, bride Brahmani and groom Rajeev Reddy.
This exorbitant wedding invite comes at a time when
people are trying to cut unnecessary cost from the wedding. This wedding invite will put Bollywood movies to shame
as it has all ingredients such as horses, lip-syncing, music, introduction of
the couples, etc.
Well, this won’t come as a surprise for those who have attended a wedding hosted by Reddy in which he spent Rs 20 crore and the guests were flown in via helicopter.
As per various reports, Shah Rukh Khan, Prabhudeva, Tamannah and Katrina Kaif may perform at the wedding, which is scheduled for November 16.
For those of you who can’t register who Reddy is, this former BJP member spent more than three years in jail in connection with the Ballary illegal mining case. He used to have a 15kg gold throne as well.
