Whatsapp, the most popular messaging app has just
rolled out video calling feature. But this video calling feature is only available to
windows phone user. The video calling feature has not been rolled out for
iOS and android users and there are no plans for rolling out video calling
feature for them any time soon. But we can expect this feature to be soon available to iOS and android.

Spanish website OneWindows.es, WhatsApp Beta users on Windows Phone
are able to make video calls on WhatsApp. Users were not required to update
their WhatsApp app.
To make video calls via whatsapp you just need to
click on the call button and then choose between “Voice” and “Video” calling
option. This video calling option also allows users to toggle between front and
back camera. Just as you get notified for missing a “voice” call over whatsapp,
you will also be notified for missing a video call.
